This report documents the impact of ILF's specialized legal aid model for children in conflict with the law in Tunisia, developed in partnership with UNICEF. By pairing defense lawyers with social workers from arrest through case resolution, the program has reduced pretrial detention, avoided custodial sentences, and lowered recidivism, demonstrating what child-centered justice can achieve at scale.
